Originally
constructed as Thomas and Dawson's General Store
in 1850, 41-43 University
Avenue, had a major
facelift in 1905. The embossed tin ceiling was installed and the
Saloon Facade was added, making 'Thomas's
Old Stand' quite unique in Charlottetown.
Conveniently located for Dining, Shopping, Theatre and Attractions,
just around the corner from the Confederation Centre of the Arts, directly across
the street from the Department of Veterans Affairs, and a block from

fabulous apartment SUITES, offering nightly, weekly or monthly rentals
with daily or weekly housekeeping. Each climate controlled suite
has a 32" Cable TV, a DVD/VCR//CD/MP3 player, high-speed internet, a
private telephone with answering machine, an excellent Queen-size bed
with top quality bedding, new four piece bathroom with hair dryer, iron
and ironing board, 8 cup coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and
refrigerator.

A full one bedroom apartment. Spacious, at over 600 square
feet, Suite 201 has many large windows, a full
kitchen with appliances and a table for four. The living room is
furnished in leather and wood with ample
seating and a work area with high speed internet and good
lighting. French doors lead to the bedroom which features a
Queen size sleigh bed and matching Louis Phillipe furnishings.

contains a Mission Style Queen-bed with a matching dresser and
night-stands.

Wow! A stylish, romantic, studio loft. Open-concept, over
900 square feet with windows on three sides. The living area
features a one-of-a-kind sofa, two brick red leather armchairs,
laminate and ceramic flooring, a separate dining area, a work
area and a kitchenette with two-door refrigerator/freezer.
The bedroom has a Queen Sleigh Bed and the bathroom has a hand tiled ceramic shower stall with glass block
separating it from the heart-shaped Jet-Aire bathtub.
